Video: KeKe Wyatt “Who Knew”

by Mignon on January 7, 2010

No, I’m not talking about KeKe Palmer, the fab youngin’ from that Nickelodeon show True Jackson VP. This is KeKe Wyatt, you know the chick who wowed us with her rendition of Patti LaBelle’s “If Only You Knew”. It came out in the early 90s and it is actually one of my favorite covers of the classic. Like for real. She also was the one who did the duet with Avant for his track “My First Love” and she was also featured on his song “Nothing in the World”. There’s no doubt that she can sang.

She’s back with a new single “Who Knew” and album which will officially release 2.23.10. I am really liking this song. Mainly because its very much circa 1998 R&B and her vocals here are beautiful. Check the video above.
