If you missed the MTV Video Music Awards, don’t fret… you didn’t miss anything (aside from Kanye West’s foolery during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech). The best and most relevant part of the show was it’s opener. It was a music/dance tribute to the late Michael Jackson done by his sister Janet. It was appropriate, well-thought and should be taken note of by other networks who failed at their attempts to honor Mike. *Ahem*. It definitely should’ve been longer but still… it was GREAT! And I appreciated the effort put into it. Besides, those who know me know how I feel about my Janet. Shoot, enough said.
